Digital Marketing/ Social Media Manager 

House of Aama is looking for a Digital Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on enhancing the House of Aama consumer experience through digital marketing and media strategy, identifying growth opportunities across e-commerce, digital marketing and media channels. We are looking for someone with expertise in e-commerce, digital strategy, user acquisition and web analytics. We are looking for an individual with a great attitude who is looking to contribute to the growth of our brand through social media. This social media intern will contribute to making engaging content and connecting with talent while telling the story of our brand and the products we produce.


  • Lead amplification strategies, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and media value across our social media campaigns.
  • Liaise and manage third party digital marketing partners to ensure all drops are streamlined through all platforms, ie. digital/ad marketing, email marketing, brand image marketing, web development, and other media and marketing interfaces.
  • Understand and monitor social media metrics, research, and advise on new platforms that the brand could integrate to contribute to conversion and engagement.
  • Responsible for daily social media management including asset creation, posting, reposting, and community management
  • Assist with the design and execution of social media, email campaigns and online promotions. 
  • Optimize email flows and develop strategies to build out existing channels.
  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars. 
  • Work with our team to identify influencers and content creators for gifting. Track and monitor partnerships and iterate schedule and strategy to keep our media and influencer database relevant.
  • Proficient in graphic design.


  • 2+ years of professional experience in a social media marketing and/or community management role.
  • Expert knowledge of all major social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Google Drive apps along with Slack and Dropbox. 
  • Experience producing content for short-form social platforms (Snapchat, Instagram, and/or TikTok) and an understanding of how to produce and optimize vertical content.) 
  • Creative, written, and communication skills, with the ability to be flexible, self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time & project management skills.
  • Interest in fashion, photography, and content creation, and strong writing and communication skills.
  • Takes direction well and follows up in a timely manner.


Fashion Designer - Los Angeles Based Only 

We’re looking for a talented, innovative Fashion Designer to work alongside the founders to develop creative concepts and designs. The ideal candidate must be Proficient in CAD, tech packs, fashion illustrations and some experience in textile design. You should have a love for fashion, history and culture; with a strong understanding of HOA brand ethos. This is a perfect opportunity and incredible learning experience for those who are interested in the fashion industry and interested in making important creative decisions with the founders and design team.

    Production Assistant - Part Time Los Angeles Based Only 

    We are looking for a motivated and proactive Production/Operations Assistant familiar with working in the fashion and wholesale industry. We are looking for a self starter who will act as a liaison between HOA, the production manager and sales team. You will assist in the general office operations, as well as assist with wholesale, fabric production, e-commerce orders, and pull requests. Generally you will develop a strong familiarity with our collections and garments, working alongside the founders. We are looking for some who can come in 2-3 times a week. 


    • Assist with market preparation and execution 
    • General office duties: filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits & samples
    • Track upc tags, care labels & disclaimer tags.
    • keep accurate inventory of hangtags, packaging, fabrics and notions (prep for reordering)
    • Act as a liaison between HOA, Production Manager, Factories and Sales team
    • Planning and organizing our sampling and production schedules 
    • Develop a strong familiarity with collections and garments, assisting with production and garment management.
    • When working in our studio, you will be responsible for fulfilling, organizing and packing e-commerce orders and pull request

    Textile Designer Intern- Los Angeles or New York Based 

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Textile Designer that will work with the Fashion Design Team to help create custom artwork for apparel and conduct seasonal fabric and color research based on the brand’s aesthetic. The Textile Designer should be experienced in creating textile prints, graphics and placement prints using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. We expect you to have a strong knowledge of textile printing processes on various types of fabrics.


    • Conduct seasonal fabric and color research based on the brand’s aesthetic, continuing to propel a sense of innovation
    • Seasonal trim and hardware research, incorporate tactile processes and launch custom trim developments with vendors
    • Attend fabric appointments and assist in pulling selection based on seasonal design direction
    • Print Artwork and Fabric Development
    • Ability to re-color print artwork and put into repeat
    • Create custom fabric developments - with design’s guidance
    • Send artwork files to vendors while steadily tracking progress of strike off’s and handlooms
    • Assist fabric manager in issuing lab dip and strike off comments to vendors
    • Create physical & digital seasonal color palette and distribute accordingly to design team
    • Maintain fabric WIP, import relevant information from vendor’s FDS
    • Arrange swatches for local dyeing, pleating and conduct additional development trials

    E-commerce Intern- Remote

    We're looking for a passionate and analytical E-commerce Intern interested in becoming an expert on our experience, our product, our fabrics, and our customer experience. Daily tasks will include product and content uploads, development and testing, customer service and logistics, and general day-to-day admin. The E-commerce Intern will work with the founders and social media manager to develop the e-commerce calendar, driving both the content curation and the conception, creation, development, and design of all digital assets (home pages, emails, editorial, digital ads/banners, videos, interactive animations) – this includes the management of all content and asset delivery. 


    • Manage website navigation, content planning, and on-site search performance, constantly monitoring improvements. 

    • Working with the Marketing Manager to develop the e-commerce calendar, driving both the content curation and the conception, creation, development, and design of all digital assets (homepages, emails, editorial, digital ads/banners, videos, interactive animations) – this includes the management of all content and asset delivery. 

    • Become an expert on our experience, our product, our fabrics, and our customer
