Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Effective July 21st 2022

ANY AND ALL REQUESTS TO RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM - INVENTORY WILLING. 

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.  POSTAGE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM STORE CREDIT. 

PRE ORDER AND MADE TO ORDER ITEM RETURNS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM(S), WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PREPAID RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE MERCHANDISE BACK TO US. SHOULD YOU RUN INTO THIS ISSUE PLEASE EMAIL US AT RETURNS@HOUSEOFAAMA.COM SO THAT WE CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE WILL LEAD TO THE RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED. 

AFTER YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED YOU WILL RECEIVE A PREPAID RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT APPROVAL. 

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • ALL SWIMWEAR ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT SANITARY LINER. 
  • RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE NO SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR.
